Booking policy

Arrivals are accepted from 02:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 07:00 p.m., please let us know as soon as possible. Entry to the hotel is not permitted after 11:00 p.m. Upon arrival, all guests must provide the identity documents of everyone staying and inform us if they are travelling with pets.

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Your reservation is confirmed once we receive a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay, as communicated at the time of booking, excluding the tourist tax.

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, minus a € 5.00 processing fee. For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

It is possible to pay the deposit by bank transfer to Bellavista Riviera S.r.l., indicating the booking number provided by the booking system or reception in the payment reference, and using the bank details included in the booking confirmation.

The remaining balance is payable on site upon arrival. We accept cash, debit cards, and VISA/MASTERCARD credit cards.

For all guests aged 14 and over, the tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night, for up to 10 consecutive nights. The tourist tax must be paid in cash. Guests with disabilities are exempt.
