What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 02:00 p.m.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
- Up to 30 days before arrival → full refund (minus transaction fees).
- From 30 to 15 days before arrival → 50% refund of the deposit.
- From 15 days before arrival, including no-shows → the full deposit is retained.
Do you offer options for food intolerances (gluten/lactose)?
Yes, we offer several alternatives:
- lactose-free options such as soy milk, almond milk, lactose-free milk, and naturally dairy-free products;
- packaged gluten-free items from leading brands, as well as freshly prepared gluten-free crêpes and pancakes.
Our hotel is AIC-certified (Associazione Italiana Celiachia – “Alimentazione Fuori Casa” programme) and follows the highest safety standards.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome (with a supplement), with a maximum of one per room.
What is included in the price?

Is it possible to arrive after 07:00 p.m.?
Yes, as long as you inform us in advance. Without prior notice of a late arrival after 07:00 p.m., the room may be reassigned.
Arrival is possible until 11:00 p.m.
